Technical description

• Housing project with underground car park on the area of the former Salzburger Sternbrauerei in Riedenburg
• The entire project consists of two separated areas: Area East and Area West, not connected to each other
• Area West is an entire new building (all existing constructions are demolished)
• Area East includes the existing building of the Sternbrauerei with storage halls for former beer production
• Existing buildings are party demolished and rebuilt
• The huge warehouses are partly preserved and are included into the new buildings in the east area
• In the south of the existing buildings a new underground car park and a new housing project are constructed near the northern part of the Rainberg rocks
